Olivia is a college student at Yale University, where she is majoring in photography and political science. She is a graduate of The Rhode Island School of Design Pre-College Program (2018) and the San Francisco Art Institute's Pre-College Summer Program (2017) where she received the SFAI Scholarship Prize for the most promising rising Junior.
She is a top award recipient of The 2016 Drexel Photography National High School Competition for her portrait entitled "Shut Out". She received a Gold Key from The 2018 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for her series "Metrics" and a Silver Key for "2 am". The Following year Olivia's full portfolio received a Gold Key at the The 2019 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. Photographers' Forum Magazine selected a piece from her series "Metric's" for an Honorable Mention, distinguishing her work from over 12,000 photographs submitted to its Best of High School and College Photography 2018 contest. Olivia's work also won second place at the 2018 Rising Stars High School Art Exhibition sponsored by the Youth In Arts organization and first place in the photography category at 2018 The Marin County Fair. During the 2019 Rising Stars High School Art Exhibition, Olivia's photograph "Damsel No.2" was selected as the best photograph in the show, making her the first person to win a top honor at this county-wide exhibition for two consecutive years.
Combining her interests in social justice with photography, Olivia has volunteered for Catchlight, a non-profit using the power of photography to drive social change and has recently returned from Washington DC, where she spent a semester at The School for Ethics and Global Leadership. Currently, Olivia is living in Los Angeles, where she is the founder and creative director of her own streetwear brand "Talking To Plants."
